As soon as Roboforex ’s accounts team opens your live Swap-free trading account, you can initiate your first deposit by simply heading to Roboforex ’s secured Client Portal. The Client Portal allows clients to select their preferred deposit method.
Roboforex has separate accounts that do not mingle with conventional funds. All clients funds are held in a segregated account with Australia’s AA rated bank.
Roboforex clients can request withdrawal of their funds anytime by accessing their Client Portal and lodging a withdrawal request. All withdrawal requests are processed once a day around 1:00pm AEST. Any withdrawal requests that are received after 1:00pm Sydney time will automatically be processed the following business day around 1:00pm AEST.
Standard STP spreads or RAW ECN spreads will be charged according to the respective Swap-free accounts. To provide fair and transparent access to global markets, Roboforex has to pass on the costs that are associated with maintaining their open positions. All of our liquidity providers charge certain fees to keep positions open and this cost is passed onto clients via the daily Administration fee.
Roboforex calculates all administration fees exactly at 00:00 platform time on all open positions for all Swap-free accounts. The administration fee is then applied at 1:00am platform time.
